iTV Adult Password Reset

STEPS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM WITHIN THE iTV PORTAL

1- On remote control scroll right ► to “Settings” – OK

2- Select ” Parental control ” –  OK

3- On remote control enter default  factory password  ” Password:  0000  ”
4- On remote control scroll ▼ to ” New password – Enter your new password  ”
5- On remote control scroll ▼ to  ” Confirm password –  Re-enter Your new password”

6- On remote control scroll ▼  to ” OK” – OK

7- On remote control press ” EXIT “
” round button with a house icon  ”

 

8- On remote control scroll left ◄ to ” TV ”
9- On remote control scroll ▼or  ▲ to ” FOR ADULTS ” – OK
10- Enter your new ” Password ”

If you have access to the adult
section your new password is in effect proceed as usual.
If denied access repeat the above steps.
