iTV Account-Setup / STB Blocked
1- On remote control press ” SETUP “
2- Select ” Servers ” – OK
3- Select ” Portals” -OK
4- Select highlight line ” Portal 1 URL”
5- On remote control press ” KB BUTTON ”
6- On the on-screen keyboard select ” Back space”
7- Press OK on remote repeatedly until ” Portal 1 URL line ” is completely erased.
8- With the on-screen keyboard input the following ” goo.gl/45X64Z “
9- On remote control press ” KB BUTTON “
10- Press OK on remote control
11- You should see ” Successfully Saved ” confirmation message.
12- On remote control press ” EXIT ” Repeatedly 2 times.
Exit button is ” round button with a house icon “
13- Select ” Restart portal” – OK
The box will reboot if all the steps where followed
correctly you should be able to connect. Proceed as usual.
If you’re not able to connect and continue receiving
error message ” Your STB is blocked call the provider”
must likely you missed a step. Go back and try the above
instructions again.
